Uber Under The Antitrust Microscope: Is There A 'Firm Exemption' To Antitrust?

The law was tested by the Chamber of Commerce, and the case rapidly advanced toward the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. After the Circuit decided that Seattle's statute was likely not "unmistakably approved" by the State of Washington, Seattle as of late went into a trade off in which it expelled installments to drivers from the subjects of aggregate bartering. For whatever length of time that there is government purview, bureaucratic law has "amazingness" over state law or over metropolitan law, which is a designation from state law.
